Message at Cheon Il Guk Leaders’ Assembly 2019 Closing Ceremony and Victory Celebration Aug. 19, 2019, Hyojeong International Culture Center True Mother spoke at Cheon Il Guk Leaders’ Assembly 2019  

Yesterday, at the Leaders Assembly, I saw leaders who confidently expressed their resolve to boldly push ahead to realize Vision 2020. Vision 2020! Has the victory you promised to Heaven and to True Father become your victory? I think that’s good…. Originally, God the Creator made the whole universe in his image. He created a man and woman, Adam and Eve. He then gave them a period for growth. They were to become one with God through their absolute faith, absolute love and absolute obedience during that time. In complete unity with Heavenly Parent, they were to grow and attain perfection. The day they reached perfection would have become the day they emerged as humankind’s true ancestors and they would be with Heavenly Parent.

Yet, this did not happen due to the mistake they made. I say this repeatedly because we are now in the era of completing the providence. According to the principle of creation, the Creator, Heavenly Parent, must reveal himself. Until now, however, this could not happen. What has been lacking, therefore, we must fill in.

The second part of the Divine Principle should show that the True Parents, who are the victorious human ancestors, absolutely must emerge to realize Heavenly Parent’s dream and humanity’s wish, instead of it focusing theoretically on the returning Lord, the Second Advent. In other words, the Divine Principle must be able to speak about the [actual] True Parents.

In this regard, we now have only a few months left until Vision 2020, the day we promised (in Heaven’s presence) to realize. After that, I will work on establishing the foundation for the eternal Cheon Il Guk. I will reorganize and support all areas connected to building that future. 2028 will mark the sixtieth anniversary of True God’s Day. If the Christian foundation had served as an environment for True Parents once they emerged, True Parents’ Holy Wedding and Heavenly Parent’s emergence would have happened on the same day. However, because no one had established that environment, True Parents emerged in 1960 and only later, in 1968, did we establish God’s Day.

This was a time of deep remorse for us, particularly in front of Heaven. Soon, on the foundation of having successfully realized Vision 2020, that is, national restoration, as we advance toward the sixtieth anniversary of True God’s Day (Heavenly Parent’s Day), you will see miracles demonstrating that Heavenly Parent is with True Mother, God’s only begotten daughter, as she works on earth for Cheon Il Guk.

For you to get over your stereotypes took a long time. When I spoke about Africa as the frontline of the providence, many people recommended I refrain from doing that, saying that Africa lacked a prepared environment. Others said only that they would prefer I not do it. In the end, you have seen and felt that wherever God’s only begotten daughter, True Mother, goes, Heavenly Parent goes with her.

 

Caring for Christians

While I am still on earth, I have much work to do. Throughout their history, Christians have been unable to comprehend God’s essence and Jesus’ essence. We must do something to mend this so that their hard work was not in vain; we must teach them. Being the True Parents, we have opened a way for them to be able to go to God as his true children. Isn’t the right? There is hope for them if they believe in True Parents, accept True Parents and become families who have received the blessing. Heaven conducted the providence for six thousand biblical years to see this one day, and many righteous people around the world are working hard for God. I am saying this to you because I would like to find them and give them the chance to fulfill their responsibilities in relation to completing God’s providence.

 

Structure for earthly heaven

By 2020, I would like to see some substantial developments and see the five [governing] branches of Cheon Il Guk in full operation. Meanwhile, as I have said before, I will also be on the frontline leading the work needed to achieve global restoration by 2028. To do that, I will combine the Cheonjeongwon (administrative branch) and Cheonjaewon (financial branch) into one branch and have the Cheonbo providence (Cheonbowon) be the other branch. The Cheonbo Training Center as well as the café and its educational centers will be under the Cheonbowon. In other words, I have upgraded them. The Cheonbobwon (the Cheon Il Guk judicial branch) will continue to operate, though it still needs augmentation in various areas. I’ll work to make it better. As for the Cheoneuiwon (the Cheon Il Guk legislative branch), FFWPU is working well with UPF in each region. Hence, I will continue to manage members using the current people in charge.

 

Securing a good future

I will establish my grandchildren, directly guide and teach them to be central figures. Just as Heavenly Parent—the owner of the universe—is the one and only Heavenly Parent, True Parents are also the only True Parents for eternity. As I said, I must remain in good health until these grandchildren I am teaching and raising become forty years old. When I came onstage at the Seonghwa Festival, I had two grandchildren, one on either side, helping me. Wasn’t that good to see? I will give them time to grow into perfected, mature men, as well as to build mature families. I will also ensure that they have many diverse experiences.

 

 

Increasing effectiveness

I told high school students recently to go to Sun Moon University. Even the world-famous Harvard University began as a theological seminary. Sun Moon University’s Department of Theology has been weak. That is why I said I will extensively develop it by making the Department of Theology into an academy that produces public leaders. Then, what should we call Sun Moon University? How should we rename it? The Cheon Il Guk National University! I will make it into a global university to which all second- and third-generation members around the world want to go.

Right after Father’s ascension, the first thing I focused on was raising talented young people. As you know, I sold the helicopter Father used to ride in to create the Wonmo Pyeongae Scholarship. Consequently, I could help educate many second-generation members. I will directly manage the system to ensure that they receive a thorough education from now on. Those who graduate from the Department of Theology, will get the Cheon Il Guk certificate [literally, “the Cheon Il Guk seal.”] Wouldn’t that be an honor? I will ensure that Sun Moon becomes a university to which all parents, from generation to generation, want to send their children. In order to do that, I will establish a committee to promote Sun Moon University’s development and will pay attention to every step of its management and operation.

 

Future central figures

I will proclaim worldwide that I am looking for spouses for my two grandsons Shin-chul and Shin-heung. I will accept recommendations. I am looking for precious granddaughters-in-law that can attend as well as develop the future central figures of Cheon Il Guk. All those who are confident that they have or know just the right person, please recommend her to me. Then, they will have their engagement ceremony in 2020 and their wedding in 2023.

Please prepare and wait with a heart of gratitude for that day, the day God can trust and love us.  I mentioned that I will make the Cheonbowon one of the five branches of Cheon Il Guk. I should add that the director of the Cheonbowon will come from the True Family.  Do you understand?

To True Parents, the world’s 7.6 billion people are our children. Those I put in charge of something should throw away their self-centered selves and deepen their unity with God’s only begotten daughter, the True Mother. Only in doing that will you not make mistakes.
