3. Watching Moving pictures on the Peace TV web site
Peace TV, as a media portal service, will provide VOD, AOD, and Live of Unification
(Church) Movement with seven sections.
B. Explanation of viewer functions ? VOD viewer function
[Viewer]
| i. For optimal performance of the Peace TV VOD viewer, Microsoft
Internet Explorer 6.0 and Microsoft Media player version 9.0 must be installed.
VOD viewer will not perform properly on other Operating Systems and Browsers
such as MacOS and Linux

[ Location bar & Play time]
ii. Location bar & Play time ? It shows the location and
running time of moving pictures.

[High-definition & Low-definition]
iii. High-definition & Low-definition ? If the moving
pictures break off frequently, click on “Low-definition” to view moving
pictures with low-definition and low-band width.

[Control buttons]
iv. Play, stop, pause, forward, back ? There are control buttons
for controlling moving pictures. |
[Sound off speaker and volume bar]
v. Sound off speaker and volume bar ? When moving pictures
are in play, the sound may be turned off by clicking on the “Speaker button.”
The volume of the sound may be adjusted using the volume bar. |
[speed of moving pictures]
vi. 2x, 4x, 6x, 1x (speed of moving pictures) ? When moving
pictures are in play, the speed may be adjusted to two times, four times
and six times the normal playing speed. This function applies only to computers
installed with Window XP and Window Media Player 9.0. |

vii. See list ? Other moving picture titles can be found under
the same category by clicking on the “View List” button. Click on the title
you wish to see. |
[Keyframe]
viii. Key Frame ? Please refer to the key frame, or index
of the moving pictures, to view the moving pictures from locations set up
by the administrator. |
| ix. 100%, 200%, full screen ? The default size of the viewer
is set at 100% (320*240). Click on 100%, 200% or full screen to adjust the
size of the viewer. The viewer size can be changed to full screen only when
the moving pictures are in play. In order to return to the original size,
click on “ESC.” |
C. Writing and uploading reply
[reply]
i. users can
write and upload reply on the page of VOD viewer and detail information
of moving pictures. |
| ii. You can check the number of replies in the list of VOD
section. |
D. Printing contents
[Print]
On the page with detail information of moving pictures, you
can print the detail information of moving pictures.
E. File Download |
| On the left side of the viewer at the disk shaped item, you
can download from the Browser file put up by the web master, if there are
any files, it will be marked with disk image with the file name marked next
to it. |
